wrist pains??

    I recently had terrible pain in my wrist due to a shitty desk set up at a spot I was working at.
    Here is what you do:
    1. Go to CVS or your local pharmacy and get a wrist brace. (I got the ugly flesh colored one :)

    2. For the first couple days wear it while you work at the computer, it is hard at first because a lot of movement is restricted, but it's worth it.

    3. Wear it EVERY night for at least a week while you sleep. For some reason when some people sleep they are sleeping with their wrists in weird angles etc.

    After one week this worked like a charm for me and I was good as new. Good Luck!
