2 best men?
my mate got married a couple of weeks ago - he had my lil bro and another mate as best men.
was pretty good as i guess it spurs each guy on to write a better speech than the other guy. plus its good to get two perspectives of the groom if they both know him differently - i.e from different circles of friends and had different experiences together.
if you do go making it two best men, then maybe the shitter speech guy will chicken out, that way its him letting you down and not you letting him down ;)
