  My parents are hardcore opposites (dad=liberal,mom=conservative) and I think both become bumbling idiots when they argue politics. When one party rants about another, it just makes me sick because neither one ever comes out better than the other. Both just destroy themselves in trying to smother the other. The best thing I can say is if you're going to judge people, go ahead and judge them that's your right. Just please don't hate them or assume everyone who associates with them is exactly the same. It halts progress for everyone and discourages any kind of compromise or change.
