    Am I the only person wondering why in the world you chose someone so incompetent as your back-up best man? I mean ... shouldn't this person still be like a best friend, haha?

    Just tell him the truth, be like, "Hey mate get fucked my best man is back." Then hit play on a stereo and have, "The Lion Sleeps Tonite", blast out the speakers while you stare death into him.
