    Here are a couple of ideas that always work a charm:

    * Take her for a nice romantic meal (obvious but always nice).
    * Buy her some health spa treatment like 'hot stone massage'.
    * Perhaps get he a new handbag (make sure it is designer).
    * Don't forget a card and put a loving message inside.

    Anyway, you get the picture... it's not hard but just take some thought and planning.
