hey spifflink, you should buy one nice little book about zurich which u canpurchase in every "kiosk" at the main station. since the euro 2008 is held here, there's a lot of soccerbars and events going on. you can do all this things by feet, but i highly suggest a longboard or bike (u cn rent by the main station)

Le Ciel bleu, Mars-Bar (My fav. Hang-Out), Olé-Olé (for getting real pissed and meet Locals), Total Bar (best place so far to see Soccer), Sansibar(Punk-Rock), Bertabar (for a nice Drink before Bedtime), xenix (all so a Cinema, when it's warm and hot, all the local hipsters, designers and wannabes are there. it's just great!!! ; ), Sport Bar (best coffee), Si o NO (even better coffee and drinks), ellokal (nice place neat the river. excellent food and beer! - a must)Clubs:
