I have this one folder where everything goes. Then, when a client asks to see something, I reach in and pull something out. That's when they usually launch into their "This ain't right. wtf?! There's no cat food in my pain reliever ad.." horseshit. And then I launch into my "Ok, which one of us is the designer here? Don't pester me with your pedestrian details" diatribe. Works pretty well.
