I went to a trade show once (Siggraph in San Diego), and they had a booth there. I stopped by and asked them "what do you guys do?" and this guy looked at me and "really? you don't know what we do?", "No, I don't". "aaaa, we are a lot of things, uuuuu, here let me show you."
He really didn't know how to explain what google was, he was so confused by my question, he didn't know what to say. Pretty funny.
