i've emailed them 3 times over the years to get my password sent for my old original handle - "prophetone". a million years ago, post H73, they did a switchover which reset the passwords or something. they sent emails to all to re-input new passes but sadly it happened right when my .mac email ended and i was denied. i've never received a reply from them. i weep every day for this.
