Great site. Couple of things...
At the start, clicking on the navigation to enlarge it to then click on an option...why not bypass the first click,animate the menu in large, explain how to use and then take it from there...?
The site is well laid out but seems a bit claustrophobic. The portfolio is good enough but the imagery seems to be stuck in a very small area...height wise it looks like you're going for 800x600 screen minimum but you've got a lot more space horizontally..use it?
