23rd & park ave s - large space w/ two lofted rooms & two rooms on 1st floor - $4800. the first floor has 18' ceilings as do each of the two bedrooms on the bottom floor but as for the two lofted bedrooms, they have 5'3'' ceilings. the rent is split depending on what room you have - loft rooms $1050 / bottom floor rooms $1350.
i'm 6'1'' & live in the lofted space - not much head room but can't beat $1050/month.
