  Sublocked is right. It's a nice (first?) attempt but there are a lot of things you need to make the animation more convincing - more motion in his body at takeoff being one of them. I'd like to see the flapping start off quick and his shoulders go up first a bit, and maybe a little jump to get off the ground.
