I have a bad knee (I have that issue where the kneecap pop out and pop back in without significant damage...except sharp pain will always be there). I need to work on getting it stronger. I also use the treadmill, and I want to learn how to do more stomach work.
- definitely strengthen your legs.
Why not go to a gym for a couple of months and get a trainer tell ya what to do?VectorMasked - I could...but I need some more motivation.Jaline
