    Brewing update:
    Day 7: Fermentation seems to be winding down. Gas being produced has begun to tail off and there is a good 8-10mm of trub (sediment) lying at the bottom of the bin. Also the kräusen (head) seems to have dissipated. I will leave it another 3-4 days until the CO2 production has all but ceased and to allow it to condition. Then begins the fun of transferring it into bottles. Here I will be adding a tad more brewing sugar to each bottle to allow it to carbonise and leaving it for 1-2 weeks.
