Well, he's restricted from privately trading now. The SEC is imperfect in their ability to regulate trading, they simply cannot oversee all of the different levels of manipulation that can occur. Although I'm a bit skeptical that they never investigated him when he was at Berkowitz. If they thought he was doing something like that now with his TV show, they would come down on him so hard.
