My mum has what I would classify as a digital kitchen, filled with things that go 'bleep'. When Im over there I try to make a cup of coffee and the coffee machine bleeps when its done, I get some milk from the fridge and it bleeps cos the door is open longer than 30 seconds, I put something the microwave and it bleeps when its done and then every couple of seconds if you don't take it out.
Goddamnit, why not just get non fucking bleeping appliances? Does everything have to make an annoying warning noise to let you know its working?
