i beleive it's an important part of port forwarding...but i could be wrong. i set one up because otherwise i had to keep changing the ip in my torrent program, it says so in lots of help sites too
- You don't need a static IP for port forwarding at all and you don't need to enter your IP address to use torrent apps.kalkal
