I tend to agree with tank on the look. It's a pity there were some shots in there where DV's downsides are pretty apparent, like whites and blacks getting washed out.
If the filmmaker made the film he/she wanted ot make, then rock on, but some other quibbles:
    1. Don't start sound before the green "PREVIEW" screen is off. Not common practice and kills some drama.
    2. The unchanging sound didn't really give that crescendo that I think was intended. It was constant and unchanging. It just plodded along honestly.
    3. As an editor (which is one of my gigs), I tend to lean toward storytelling above all else. This felt like style of substance. I have no clue what this film is. I was left with abstract imagery, which didn't grab me. No dialogue, no story, nothing.
    4. Look, I'm all for avant garde cinema and leaving your audience with unanswered questions, but the filmmaker isn't Godard or Kubrick. He/she hasn't "earned the right" as an auteur to be so shadowy with a trailer and expect an audience to react favorably.
    5. A trailer is your marketing. Remember that. The whole point is to sell the show. Something to keep in mind.

Don't mean to piss on it, and it may not be your project, but those are my thoughts as both a filmmaker and audience member.
