It should not be my responsibility to determine, or find out, if a girl at a bar is over the age of 21. I am not a bartender, bouncer, or investor of any bar so I safely assume that any girl I talk to at a bar is at least 21 years old.

I'm in zero danger of strict liability but still ... it's obvious I cannot even venture a guess to a girl's age by looking at them, or talking to them.

    • i usually ask for an ID before i talk to a girlemukid
    • Is it an open bar or what? I remember I got carded once I was on the inside and trying to purchase drinks.Jaline

    • Well in Pittsburgh you're not allowed in bars unless you're over 21, they don't have the 18+ thing.

    • Hahaah yea, there is no problem I just don't see the point of knowing people who can't go to bars.

    • That's the whole point I guess. Why know someone who can't drink legally anywhere?
