Keep some Mexican wrestling masks in the office. If you are neck deep in it with a colleague, put on your mask and make time for wrestling bouts at 2 hour intervals, great stress relief and build's a special bond with said colleague.
I've found Insanity and silliness the best way to cope with stress, deadlines or pretty much anything evil.
If silliness ain't working, resort to setting something on fire
