Why?
- Smashed bottles on trains and platforms
- Spilled alcohol on seats
- The smell that spilled alcohol leaves
- Anti Social behaviornow you tell me a few reasons that you need to drink on a bus or tube? And also a cinema is a much more controlled environment, so that example is rather weak.
