    Funny story, I found about 8 copies of that Dorfsman and CBS book in brand new condition in a book store in Cambridge UK. Bought one and took it back to the place I was staying...fell in love with it and also saw how much it was worth (I paid 10 pounds for it). So I had my brother go back and buy 3 more copies after I had gone back home. It's a brilliant book. I still have two copies and I swear it's my most cherished.
