    Dude (jevad), I just started running 5 weeks ago. I got the nike plus thingy 2 days before the last challenge started. I was in horrible shape, I still have a huge beer belly and my very first run 5 weeks ago was 0.9 km and I was completely dead! I started to kicked butt in my 3rd week.
    Dude, just give it time. Any rookie could be a surprise from the 3rd week if there's a little consistency.
