threads like this pop up every month or so and my standard reply goes something like this:
I like and use cinema4d because of it's integration with after effects. alot of what other packages offer is overkill for me and the learning curve was IMHO lower with C4d. at the end of the day tho, you should decide for yourself. every 3D package has a demo or learning edition. get them and try each one out to see what suits you best.
