I parked in a spot in the Queen West area, a clearly indicated spot with a meter and everything (10pm at night) came back and the car was gone. It turns out that there was a sign on the wall of a business (some shit bike shop near Much Music) that had an "unloading zone" sign behind some bushes out of plain view.
There was glass all around so I assumed it was broken into and stolen but it turned out that's just how Toronto streets roll in that area and the car had been towed all the way to the dockside.
