As far as the whole question on if this "Brand New Day" storyline has been worth it financially from Marvel's perspective.
I think we discussed it here before, but it only is because they changed the title to be three times a month. They'll still have the initial lag for people to throw this fucking mag in the trash hoping they weren't going to sacrifice it like a lamb in the manner that they are currently doing. But that's three books a month, which means they can have drop off but as long as some people stick with it, and subscription holders, they're still circulating well.
It looks like towards the Fall they already have seen the handwriting on the wall and are going to start to try and bring back actual villains that aren't the suckiest bunch of suck ass you've ever read in your fucking life with the art too boot (i.e. PaperDoll storyline, Freak storyline, etc.).
Then once the well dries up on making a quick buck, they'll break the title off again, focus back on stories and they'll think they're geniuses again. Which we keep proving them right anyway, so who really cares.
* Stops reading Amazing until I hear it becomes interesting again.
