Worst Company = Comcast
In many places in the U.S., they are the only Internet provider to choose from and as a result their service is shit, rates are ridiculously high, now they are trying to push through new laws that will allow them to charge varying rates for web traffic, pushing web start ups out of business (the whole net neutrality debate).
One time I noticed my bill was $50 more than I expected on their website and called to ask why. After twenty minutes of back and forth, the customer service rep explained to me that she "doesn't control the internet," and that the charges on my account hadn't been updated from last month on their site. LOL - how does a company's site not update in a month?
In 2007, they had the worst customer satisfaction rating of any company or agency in the country, including the IRS.
Also, their logo sucks.
