    Jevad, I agree with you wholeheartedly about the incredulity being an essential part of the saga. But sometimes they push it too far. I don't believe they would have survived the raft moment from temple of doom (itself the second worst of the movies after this one). Yet the way the surviving Knights Templar scene was handled in the Last Crusade was touchingly believable because by then we wanted to. I felt no emotion with the jungle sequence in the Crystal Skulls because it was so shoddily put together. You only have to look at the first half of the film to see how the good stuff works.

    • People mention the raft scene... but how about the mining carts in Temple of Doom?ETM
