  To BonSeff:

  Wouldn't it make sense for you to take the dog in immediately, since the owners likely live near you? You could at least put a sign up closer to the owner than the vet/kennel/canine prison. This is assuming the place would let you take it back at this time...

  I'm just wondering because it looks like such a nice dog, and being in a concrete cell just sucks...
