  here's a check list no particualr order

  1. incoming links from related sites as many as possible - dont use links farm type sites they will only harm yours
  2. Relative unique content as much as possible
  3. related title tags using keyphrases.
  4. Optimised layour using title, h1, h2,p tags with keypharses
  5. dont try to blag the SE's with yr content, if looks like yr stuffing keywords then they think you are.
