What do you expect? It's a democracy. "A system where two wolves and one sheep decide what's for dinner" the old quote goes.
If you ask me, people who either:
a. don't pay tax
b. are on any kind of state welfare..should have their voting rights suspended, as they should have no right to decide about taxpayers' money. Also, voting should cost. Not a lot, but definitely more than two six-packs of beer.
People would stretch their brains more before voting.- If you ever experience b., you may change your view of things. Did for me.harlequino
