My first job out of college, working in a small print shop. The second week on the job I took an order for their biggest client, the local Chamber of Commerce, for their annual report. The project was prioritized and completed in record time, I was feeling pretty good, then I get a call from the client the day the report was delivered (also the day they needed it). Turns out I had missed a decimal place in the order - they had wanted 3,000 and I had delivered them 300, with no time to redo.
