Some good stuff, some missing stuff and some poo on a really shite site.
Sites that have homepages like that fucking piss me off - what the fuck is the point of just having a link to 'work'? Why not just show the work? 'Til you've proved your worth to me you're nothing, so cut to the chase and stop wasting my time.
