    emukid has cheered me up and now inexplicably, though i was going to ask anyway, my boss has suggested i install CS3 on my machine in order to help research and test SVG for a project.

    now i have photoshop, illustrator and indesign CS3.

    turns out the licensing issue i was concerned about last week was a non-issue. as i already had dreamweaver and flash installed, it didn't even prompt me to register. bonus!

    i'm so happy right now i'm sure that i will soon find i have the AIDS or something equally morbid to take me down a peg
