What frame are you calling MCTween from? How many swfs are you trying to load at a given time?
This is kind of cheating, but our dev sometimes creates an instance of movie clips way off the stage on frame 1 and than calls them on frame 2 - works great. I think FI did a write up on that recently now that I think about it.
