I like the look of your site, but don' t know why people leave such a small space for there portfolio screen shot area. I've notice that on a lot of portfolio sites. it's a bad use of space.
Other than that, I really like the loading spotlights, they look really cool. Maybe they are the reason why your screen shots are fading in so slowly.
Also the contact button looks odd and out of place. Looks like you put it there as an after thought. Same with the launch button. It's not obvious. I think it would have a better flow if it was at the bottom of the screen shots.
