I knew things were bad when my mom told me once that she and my stepdad called a "computer geek" to have them fix their home computer.
Like, they actually called the Computer Geek service. Is that at Best Buy or something?
As I mentioned once before, my mom called me once to ask me how to log into her work Intranet's benefits site. Asked me what username and password she should enter. Are you kidding me?
I told her three times I could not possibly help her, and I know she was going to say "Well you're so good with computers!"
