you're not still drunk.
when you wake up drunk, you straight away think 'ohmygod! i drank so mcuh and i feel finnnnne!'
than you proceed to feel as you do about 3 hours later when the hang over kicks in.
YOU'RE NOT STILL DRUNK. you're just hung over.
