im always round my moms... fixing her pc, installing updates because "this thing keeps popping up" she even once tried read the blue screen of death to me over the phone lol.
9 x out of 10 its the printer wont print (because its out of ink again) and "no the light isnt showing) (because shes looking at the PC not the printer)
