Well, my mom doesn't feel apprehension with computers per se, it's just that she works in an insurance office and they run all this proprietary software for 90% of what she does, occasionally using word/excel or IE. But because she runs all this custom insurance software she thinks she "knows computers", where what she knows doesn't translate to anything else..it's even funnier if whe calls me with a question about hteir custom software and I say "I don't know mom." and she always says "But you know computers!"
