Thought so.
It's a screen with buttons one that you get to learn and assimilate into your creative process, sure.
When I'm in the zone, as I should be now instead of writing this, Im not concerned with, nor even notice - the regular behaviors of my 'action' buttons. Right click this, alt-ctrl-shift-S that, alt-tab, alt-tab, import as, ok - ok, enter enter enter...Im not thinking about that, Im thinking about the work - it's another level of abstraction above the machine, above the operating system. I've got various little addons and scripts dexpot, and little hacks for explorer. No icons on my desktop, everything just a couple of thoughtless clicks away.
I just want more ram.
And a faster processor. And a better graphics card, and a better sound card. But that's always going to be true.
Ironically, some xp hack Ive got replaces the start button with an apple.
