Hey, easy now with critisizing the comic book, it's one of my favorites (er, rather was, I haven't bought one in 18 years, but I still have all my DD - including the ones that the movie was about). The story line was far more interesting than any of the typical ones, imho.
Also, I am not sure the problem anyone had with Elektra. She was the only character that was similar to the comic book. The rest they just missed the boat. Afflect was not horrible, but because it was him it was hard to look past (unlike Spiderman or the Hulk, where most really aren't/weren't familiar with them)
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
