hmmm. I used to work in real estate marketing, and while this is quite interesting from a branding point of view, in the sense that it is a fresh take on a tired theme, it is still terribly lame, only in a different way.
Who's their market? 35 year old menthol-smoking hedge fundies? yeah. probably.
