I think it's tacky to brag about Scandinavian design in the middle of Toronto. Is that what you mean?
I mean, Canada has some architects who could put up some wild towers, if that was what was needed.
Or do you mean the poor spelling? Because, you know, putting up an expensive web site without running spell check is tacky. Unless it was meant to be clever, in which case it was a bit "retarder."
