Guys, what's up with you being so mean, talking about burning bridges, etc... isn't it a bit over the top? Having a stressful week?
C'mon, relax... Honestly, MrDinky started talking about something liveforever wasn't interested to hear or asked opinion about. I can see why that could piss liveforever.. Just imagine yourself wanting to get some info on how to find work in another country, and you get responses like "with a portfolio like yours, you can shut the fuck up and forget about it. We don't need people like you."... would you feel good? No, really? Add a certain temper on top and you'll get what we have. The guy could get offended and shut the fuck up, but he chose not to. Why is he to blame? Most designers have huge egos.
Dinky, if you're smarter, more powerful, with connections -- why waste so much energy on a stupid guy? Forget it.I don't even know why i'm writing this... but i guess it triggered something... Plus, i think it's lame to base responses on a portfolio to non-portfolio related questions. Half of people here have qbn.com and google.com as their websites... does it make them look cooler? Would liveforever get the same response if he had google.com set in profile from beginning?
I have a feeling something stinks about this.- right now I just think is pure innocent fun... and not wasting energy.
