I also have 2 friends in Asheville NC USA that are getting paid by the federal government to not work becuase they got themselves diagnosed with an anti-societal mental illness.
One of them walks around all day with a mirror in his forhead like Rimmer from Red Dwarf. They are certified geniuses, and they decided to develope this mental condition when they found this loophole.
