    Try to work for a News station, and you will learn how to take critics and shut up! Producers are the worst, they walk all over you and they don't care about anybody. And ADs are never on your side.

    I used to think like you, but I learned my lesson. Because of the way I was thinking I almost got fired.
    Fortunately though, I was given another opportunity, and since then I learned that I am not always right, and that I HAVE TO LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND, rather than defend my ideas.

    If you stay in that state on mind, you'll go nowhere.
