    I read the book and found it pretty easy to quit after smoking for 7 years. Havent looked back and dont miss it at all.

    Book is boring but seems to work, most of my friends have now quit successfully.

    • Its pseudo psychology about why we smoke and how to modify our thinking. No gore stories. Quite repetitive.slappy
    • I was given the book and didnt actually want to quit but ended up quitting after book anyhow :)slappy
