well, as a matter of fact.. the deal is still standing..
BUT!
we visited some days of the '10 Days Off' festival.. but just not the night when 2ManyDJs had their gig.
but i did read the review..
it said that their manager/agent was drunk and having a fight (so the review said : 'ONCE AGAIN!') and was thrown out of the building.. and along with that the DeWaele brothers (2manydjs) pressed stop button and all was over... leaving an immense crowd (hall was jampacked) without ANY music.... so the review learned me.
anyway, we need to look into it, their shit still rocks the casbah or whatnot :) and their behaviour is something we just need to take into account with the main filmfestival organization..
anyway, next year we hope to be better prepared, and with a bigger better (1st ed.) of the Tide-festival.
We keep ya posted. btw. it would also rock if we could have you take timajick and others with ya... we'll look into it!
Folkert was invited anyway (still need to notify him).. but what's cooler: i read that JK will probably move to Europe.. so it would be real cool to have a nice NT meeting as well next year on the festival!!
anyway, let's keep in touch.
[ oh and i lost yer DVD... lend it to someone.. forgot who.. might order one extra if that's possible?]
