  its hard to classify the current state of design especially because nowadays most artist take inspiration from all other genres of past design. I don't believe there is anyway for anyone to make a clean classification for the time we are in at this moment, just take a look at all the portfolios within each profile on QBN and you will see a mixture of styles and genres not to mention the abundance of media to go along with the work.

  Any-who I'm sure we will be classified in time with the emergence of the web in some way or another.
